Over the past two years, indeed, it seems that classic skiing has begun to make a comeback in the Cresco area. However, this year the trails are really up and running, with an added attraction: a lane for skate-style skiing, which allows skiers to glide much faster than classic skiing allows for. All of this is made possible through the Howard County Conservation Board's recent purchase of a new groomer.
